When you contact the centre, we want to ensure that your needs are well looked after by our team. When you visit or telephone or email us, one of our front of house team members will be ready to help you.

When you want to discuss your medical case either before attending a new client appointment or after it, our Chiropractors and Osteopaths lead by centre owner Sara will be on hand to help.

We really hope your experience with us will be a positive one, but in the event of any problem or if you have a question that the rest of our team can’t assist with, our centre manager and joint owner Paul is available to help. All of our team look forward to welcoming you in the centre.

I am married with two girls. I love my job as I have always been passionate about helping people. Away from work I am keen on walking and being out in the countryside. I love taking my girls swimming and spending quality time with them. I previously worked in Lincolnshire as an Associate Chiropractor for another Centre.

I enjoy working as a chiropractor because I get a lot of satisfaction from helping people. I’ve been a chiropractor for nearly 34 years and have worked in London and the south in that time. I came to Suffolk to have a more relaxed lifestyle. I enjoy walking and cooking, both of which contribute to my good health

I enjoy working alongside caring individuals and having a giggle. It’s nice to see people after they have had treatment becoming more stable and feeling better. I like meeting the clients, getting to know them and their interests. Outside work, I love getting out into the fresh air, walking the dogs, doing photography, going fishing and climbing mountains.

Worked with children for 22 year’s before deciding on a change of career.

Recently completed a Swedish massage course.

Love getting out and in the countryside with my dogs, family and camera..

I like working alongside a great team and hearing about client progression. Before working at Total Balance I worked at a busy pub in Southwold. Having a strong interest in healthcare meant that Total Balance was the best place for me. My interests include skateboarding, the gym, plants and swimming in the sea (in the summer). I also study nutrition at the University of Suffolk, so I plan to implement my nutrition and fitness knowledge to myself in order to improve my wellbeing.

I like my job because I like knowing that people are being helped and I enjoy talking with the clients and getting to know them.

I’ve previously worked in pubs and restaurants as well as being a teaching assistant. I love spending time with my family and friends. I really enjoy reading, swimming and walking too. I also enjoy creating music and practising with various instruments. To improve my own wellbeing, I think I need to make sure I get enough rest in the evenings.

Previously worked in selling and admin but wanted to work in healthcare having studied it at college while still staying within the admin field. My main hobby is walking my dog. To improve my wellbeing, I need to give up having so much bad food.

Before working at Total Balance, I had various jobs including working in childcare, and being a carer. I was interested in a change of career, and I thought I would enjoy the challenges and interaction of this job. In my personal time, I like to read and write poetry, walk the dog and do archery. I also enjoy spending time with the family and my friends. To improve my wellbeing, I try to make time for myself, eat healthily and I do kick fit and yoga

I enjoy helping people and hearing them saying they’re feeling better. I like working in a friendly caring environment. I’ve always worked in the caring professions including as part of a team for the ambulance service in patient transport, also as an auxiliary nurse in Lowestoft Hospital. I found it rewarding as I’ve always been interested in wellbeing. I enjoy swimming, walking, reading, and meeting friends and family. Being an active part of my own family is paramount. I have been a massage therapist for the past 20 years. I love always meeting new people.

I have always been passionate about helping people. I feel in the Centre, my therapies and Chiropractic really compliment each other to give extra benefit to clients this is what attracted me to decide to work here. I worked solely from home before that. I also work in a fair trade gift shop in town. My hobbies are my pets, one dog and three cats. Also I enjoy making stained-glass and doing sewing. I do yoga and dance to keep myself healthy and also meditation and Reiki. Something interesting that people might not expect is that I also spin fire.
