Parking

Unfortunately we generally don’t have any parking at the centre itself with the exception of one space on the front for those with extreme mobility issues. This is often taken as we are a very busy centre. If you are attending for regular care, there are 30 minute parking spots on the road outside. However, for your new client appointment, we would recommend parking either in the open air car park on Clapham road, opposite the library or in the Britten centre multi-storey which is accessed near the far end of Surrey Street (Please check the closing time, we would hate for you to get locked in).

New Clients

If you are coming for a new client appointment with our spinal team, your session will be around 45 minutes with your practitioner, however you will also spend a few minutes with the amazing front of house team before and after your appointment. We recommend allowing around an hour in all.

We are a very busy centre so its important you are ready for your appointment, and recommend getting into the centre about 10 minutes before your appointment.

Please note, we have rooms up and downstairs, if you require a downstairs room please let us know before your appointment so we can make arrangements as downstairs rooms are very limited.

Spinal Screenings and Talks

If you are attending for one of our spinal screenings or our amazing educational talks we recommend arriving around 10-15mins before hand so you can relax and unwind with a complementary drink before we get things under way.
