New client enrolment form
If you have booked a new patient appointment with one of our Chiropractors / Osteopaths, when you arrive you will be asked to complete a new client enrolment form by the front of house team. These typically take around 5-10 minutes to complete. If you wish to save some time on the day of your appointment, you can download it here. This is a two page form, print it off, complete it at your leisure at home and then bring it along to your first appointment.

Who should consult with us ?
While we are happy to consult with anyone who wants to come to us, generally we see clients from the surrounding 20 mile radius (see map below). We do not believe there is justification in clients travelling much further than that, as firstly there will be another centre close by who can help you and the time sat travelling will undo a lot of the good achieved from the treatment. We regularly consult with and treat males and females of all ages from new born babies, boys and girls all the way to the elderly with our oldest to date nearing 100.
What conditions can we help with?
Fact, we CAN NOT fix everyone with every single condition that there is going.
However, we pride ourselves in being able to help people identify what problems that they are experiencing and then refer them to the appropriate specialists to deal with their conditions. Chiropractic or Osteopathic care can help with conditions related to misalignment of the spine. We have massage therapists who work in the centre with us who can help with muscular issues and we have a long list of other highly trained professionals that we can direct you to if we can’t help you. Rest assured that we will NEVER try to deal with a condition which we know we can not help with. If you are unsure if we can help you, just click [HERE] and book yourself in for a FREE screening appointment to speak with a Chiropractor or Osteopath about your problem.
If you have any of the following conditions, we may be help you ourselves or we WILL direct you to the most appropriate specialist to help you:-

What happens when I first visit a Chiropractor or Osteopath?
The first visit can always seem a daunting task. Here, all of our team do our best to put you at ease from the first moment you walk in the centre. The British Chiropractic Association of which our Chiropractors are members have produced a video shown below which outlines the main things you will experience when you visit us. This information applies equally when seeing any of our other practitioners whom are registered with other bodies such as the Institute of Osteopathy.
